Let’s Reinvent the Wheel – Again

How many times do you think the ‘wheel’ has been invented, and recreated? How much time and effort has been wasted in creating the ‘wheel’ – it should have only been invented once. Once an idea is created is needs a structure to hold it, so that others can find it and expand on it.
